General Shipping Information

  • Stand On Liquid may charge shipping on all domestic board orders within the U.S.
  • We endeavor to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping applies to Ground service, and to orders shipping directly within the continental U.S. 
  • Some products have longer processing times and may ship from various locations which add additional processing time. Any shipping transit times are in addition to the order processing times.
  • Shipping for returns, exchanges, or refunds will be paid by buyer
  • We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day
  • Expedited orders must be placed before 12 pm (MST) to be shipped the same business day
  • Rates vary on:
    • Orders to Hawaii and Alaska
    • Expedited orders (3-Day, 2-Day, Next day)
    • International orders

 

Shipping Costs

  • ALL Stand on Liquid brand board ships to a residence, business, or freight terminal for FREE
  • All other branded boards (excluding inflatables) ship to a residence, business, or freight terminal for $129
  • We offer free shipping on small items exceeding $75 (restriction apply, email or call for details)
  • Board bags ship for $20
  • Paddles ship for $20
  • Add a paddle or board bag to board orders for no additional shipping charge

 

Damage in Transit 

Prior to signing documents from shipping companies, please fully inspect the contents for potential damage sustained in shipping. Once inspection is complete and you see no shipping damages, you can sign documents for your order. If you or any third party receives your order and signs documents prior to inspecting the contents of the order, Stand On Liquid is no longer responsible for any damaged content. 

If you inspect the order and do find damage from shipping, REFUSE the shipment and please contact Stand On Liquid at 541-639-4596 or email shipping@standonliquid.com to report this damage immediately.
