Shipping
Stand On Liquid may charge shipping on all domestic board orders within the U.S. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours.
Shipping applies to Ground service, and to orders shipping directly within the continental U.S. Shipping for returns, exchanges, or refunds will be paid by buyer.
Please Note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Expedited orders must be placed before 12 pm (MST) to be shipped the same business day.
Handling charges may apply to oversized items.
Rates may vary on orders to Hawaii and Alaska.

Do not sign anything from the shipping company until you have fully inspected the contents for potential damage sustained in shipping. Once inspection is complete and you see no damage due to shipping you can sign for your order. If you or any third party receives your order and signs for it prior to inspecting the contents of the order Stand On Liquid is no longer responsible to replace the contents that are damaged. By signing for a damaged item you are telling the shipper they are free from liability. If you don't sign and inspect the order and do find damage from shipping we will ship you a new board and file a claim. We will need you to take photos and email them to us. Contact Stand On Liquid to report this damage immediately. If the board or paddle is damaged, please keep the opened box because it is needed to file a claim. Please take photographs of the box damage and product damage as the damage will show on outside of box and usually indicate where the product is damaged. If you receive a board that is damaged and sign for it Stand On Liquid will help you file a mitigated claim but we are not responsible to replace damaged items. We will help file a claim on your behalf to potentially receive partial reimbursement for the damaged product you received. Reimbursement for signed and received damaged product is not guaranteed and usually will cover cost of repairs and potentially loss in value due to the damage. We will need your cooperation in taking photos and sending them to us via email.

Limited One-Year Warranty
Stand On Liquid guarantees the customer that products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. If warranty service is needed on any product sold through Stand On Liquid, please return it to Stand On Liquid with your proof of purchase and RMA number (see instructions below).
Defective products will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Stand On Liquid and the company is the sole judge on warranty issues. If product is deemed under warranty, Stand On Liquid will cover the shipping costs associated with getting repaired or replacement boards or paddles back to the customer.
The following are never covered under warranty: freight damage, improper storage, improper use, abuse, incorrect transportation, normal wear and tear, and color fading due to UV radiation.
Returns or Repairs
Non-Warranty Repair Policy
Damage due to accidents, improper use, wear and tear or other non-warranty issues will be will be considered for repair at a reasonable cost plus shipping and handling. Stand On Liquid will repair the board or paddle after a repair fee is quoted and payment is approved and received. Any board or paddle returned with incomplete information will not be worked on until the customer has contacted the company.
Product Return Procedure
Phone 541-639-4596 for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that must be included with the returned board, paddle or accessory. Also, please write this RMA number on the outside of the box. Stand On Liquid will pay the inward shipping. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original product.
NOTE: A copy of the customer retail receipt is MANDATORY to process product under the warranty.
Warranty of Demo Boards
All Stand On Liquid boards used in rental/demo applications will have a 90-day limited warranty.
The limited warranty excludes damage resulting from improper care or handling accidents, modification, unauthorized repairs, or other causes that are not defects of materials and or workmanship.
This Stand On Liquid limited warranty coverage will not apply to boards that show signs of impact or abuse. Stand On Liquid wants you to be an ecstatic customer. We will happily assist with all your with your warranty needs and get you back on the water as quickly as possible.
Please note that there are some simple actions that you can take to significantly increase the paddling life of your SUP board or paddle. These are provided with each product and are also described in detail on our website at www.standonliquid.com. In addition, any Stand On Liquid dealer or partner will be pleased to provide help and assistance in the care and maintenance of your board and paddle.
